IT Recruiter

The IT Recruiter will work closely with Hiring Managers to source, screen and hire qualified active and passive candidates for roles within the Aegis Team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
  • Identify and utilize viable recruiting sources such as educational institutions, media sources, online databases, social media and job fairs and maintain a good working relationship with these source
  • Efficiently and effectively screen qualified candidates to meet present and future staffing needs
  • Facilitate timely feedback and provide guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection
  • Engage with key associations to build strong networking links.
  • Suggest new innovations to drive the Recruitment function forward
 
Qualified candidates must possess:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field or discipline and 2-3 years experience in recruiting a diverse workforce for IT positions. Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple tasks and requests.
