Area Logistics Coordinator
The Area Logistics Coordinator will primarily work closely with our professional sports clients and continue developing the relationship established by the Client Logistics Manager. Additional responsibilities will include the recruitment, training, and management of Regional Logistics Coordinators to ensure all team members are properly trained and hold the necessary credentials. Responsibilities will also include training the Collection Technician Team.
Additional duties include:
· Conduct onsite urine, blood, saliva or other specimen collections for various Aegis clients
· Create and conduct training programs for Aegis collectors and/or clients (with assistance from Aegis Training and Marketing Departments)
· Manage the purchase, development and transportation of supplies/services necessary for specimen collections and transportation, including:
o Forms
o Urine kits
o Blood kits
o Other kits and collection supplies (ex: post-mortem, saliva, hair, etc.)
o FedEx Services
o Local courier services
· Create, monitor, and maintain a centralized “meeting place” online that Collection Technicians can go to for news, post questions, and “meet” other CTs.
· Monitor Collection Technician training, record effectiveness of the current training process and make changes when and where necessary.
Qualified candidates must possess:
· BS degree
· Experience conducting forensic collections
· Proven track record of meeting deadlines and prioritizing workload
· Ability to use good judgment and work independently
· Excellent communication and organization skills with a keen attention to detail
